Health Alliance begins groundbreaking venture

Health Alliance Medical Plans chooses Luster Software, Inc. (LSI) for custom user web portal development integrated with their QNXT © core system, provided by Trizetto ©. The new Health Alliance web application, titled eHealthAlliance, will bring advanced functionality for visitors, providers, members, office managers, employer groups and Health Alliance’s internal staff. The enhancements to the system are expected to reduce costs and improve user satisfaction.

Under this agreement, Health Alliance will retain ownership of the eHealthAlliance web application while Luster Software will have exclusive resale and support rights.
