Davison Launches Luster Louisville Office

As planned, Luster Software, Inc., has formally opened its first satellite office in Louisville, KY. Anchoring this location is Doug Davison, Luster's founder and President.

J.D. Norcross, VPO, will be managing Luster's Champaign office.
LSI names Norcross as VPO

J.D. Norcross has accepted the role of Vice President, Operations, at Luster Software, Inc. A University of Illinois Computer Science Engineering graduate, Norcross brings a strong technology and operations management background. In addition to recently providing software engineering expertise to Luster, Norcross has served other area businesses for the past 15 years as VPO, Director of Information Technology, Manager of Application Development, and IT Management Consultant.
"I am excited about Luster's history of providing phenomenal products and services to its customers, and the potential represented by Luster's experience in enhancing business processes through their software—in Web-based applications particularly. This kind of software provides solutions to many thorny business problems and may be critical to thriving in the emerging marketplace."
Norcross will be responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of Luster's products and services.

The new Health Alliance web application, titled eHealthAlliance, will bring advanced functionality for visitors, providers, members, office managers, employer groups and Health Alliance’s internal staff. The enhancements to the system are expected to reduce costs and improve user satisfaction.
