Our Team
Doug Davison
President & Owner
Doug's desire to help other business owners led him to launch Luster Software, Inc. in 2002. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering, with minor in Mathematics (1998). Doug and his family have lived in Champaign since 2000. In 2009 Doug will be opening a new Luster Software office in Louisville, KY. With strong connections in both communities, he will continue to pursue his vision of providing practical software solutions that improve the operations of local and regional businesses.

J.D. Norcross
Vice President, Operations
J.D. brings over 30 years of IT and management experience, including a B.S. in Computer Science (2002) from the University of Illinois. He has designed, created and managed solutions built on Microsoft, Novell, Unix, and Linux platforms. J.D. lives in Champaign where he enjoys running marathons and anything that involves spening time with his four children.

Matt Febus
Software Engineer
Matt has eight years of professional development experience and has been with Luster Software since 2006. He continues to develop custom software and database driven applications using various technologies. After serving in the United States Navy he graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Computer Science (2001). Matt resides in Champaign and is a member of Illini Life Christian Fellowship.
